Next-generation pilots need next-generation technology. Tempus offers high-tech answers with its cutting-edge training devices. Sort of like that high tech video game you’ve seen – but not.

WHY Simulators?

With its many distractions, the cockpit of an airplane is one of the worst places to learn and practice different procedures and maneuvers; however, many flight schools still implement this outdated and ineffective training method. Instead, Tempus Training Solutions uses simulators, which ensure greater efficiency during your practice time. You will be able to practice different areas of flying repeatedly until you feel comfortable.

Redbird FMX & MCX

The Redbird FMX and MCX full-motion simulators were created to meet the challenges faced by today’s flight training providers. Features including wrap-around visuals, a fully enclosed cockpit, quick-changing configurations, and scenario-based training compatibility combine to deliver a level of realism during training that is simply unmatched by the alternative devices available today. What you learn during simulation in the Redbird simulator will transfer seamlessly when you start flying an actual plane.

Redbird TD2

Unlike traditional desktop flight training devices that sit on a desk—complicating the training process by making the pilot reach up for the yoke and look unreasonably high for the gauges—the Redbird TD2 delivers a more user-friendly and realistic experience. Our TD2s are configured so that the yoke, switches, gauges, and visuals are placed in a position that more closely resembles being in an actual plane.

REDBIRD XWINDSE FULL-MOTION CROSSWIND LANDING TRAINER

Battling heavy crosswinds in flight is a challenging task and remains a leading cause of weather-related accidents that occur during landing. The Redbird XwindSE simulator virtually places the pilot in intense crosswinds, giving flight instructors the opportunity to teach the pilot the correct techniques and maneuvers to complete a successful landing in difficult conditions.
